The Beau Rivage Resort & Casino recently opened a new casual dining restaurant that rivals all dining on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Stalla is beautifully designed to replicate an Italian Farm Winery. Heavy wooden beams and columns, salvaged from a 100 year old barn in upstate New York, give the restaurant a very cozy ambiance. The barn wood covers much of the room and brings an old-world charm to the dining atmosphere.

Director of Public Relations for the Beau Rivage, Mary Cracchiolo-Spain said, “Business meetings, girl’s night out, and romantic evenings are only a few reasons for visiting one of the Coast’s newest hot spots. Cocktails, Tapas and small food dishes fill the menu and encompass a variety of Italian cheeses and meats that will just melt in your mouth.” According to Executive Sous Chef, Anthony Caratozzolo, “The best part is that all the ingredients for our food are flown in directly from Italy and each dish is fresh and perfectly rendered to our high standards. The tuna is brought in from Spain and specialty meats are made right here on Beau property.” Prosciutto, Mortadella, Tartufo Bianca Pizza, Zabione and Handmade Sicilian Canoli are all on the menu. From tantalizing salamis to cured meats of all kinds. It is now possible to enjoy these truly authentic Italian dishes right here in Biloxi at the Beau Rivage. The look and feel of the restaurant is decidedly laid back with the comfy seating and calming Jazz sounds of Ronnie Kole on the piano. Kole is a protege of Al Hirt, and is a known the world over. Loved by the likes of Harry Connick, Jr. and Allen Toussaint, the Chicago born pianist has played for 6 U.S. Presidents and Pope John Paul II. Kole began his career in television, gaining much exposure on the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. Now playing nightly at Stalla, his beautiful music fills the eatery and thoroughly entertains the guests. Dinner reservations are accepted. Stalla serves till midnight. There is a private dining “chefs table” that seats 10. Guests can enjoy watching the entire preparation of the meal by world renowned chefs. Stalla also has a “community table” that can accommodate up to 16. The restaurant is quite intimate and seats 60. Private parties or special dinner requests can also be arranged.
