The Milner Building Historic and Beautiful Offices Available

It seems like Downtown Gulfport has had new life breathed into it in the past few years. There is a definite attention being paid to historical detail and architectural quality that makes the city look much more appealing and enticing than it had years ago. Being the second largest city in the state, Gulfport is home to many businesses that prosper. Truly beautiful office spaces, in the downtown area, are hard to come by but we’ve found a place where history and quality have joined together in perfection. The Milner Building has a new 2nd floor space that is 4400 sq. ft. of pure historically detailed excellence.
These office spaces are light and airy with neutral and wood tones that make it a wonderful spot for medical or therapy based offices. The natural integrity was preserved by the owners, Gulf Coast Restaurants, LLC, and by builder/partner Jack Krongard.
You may know Krongard’s work if you’ve been to an event at Lookout Steakhouse’s Event Center. This time, Krongard worked on the remaining second floor, across from the event center, to create a fascinating array of office spaces that are now open to lease. The corner office overlooks Gulfport Harbor and the Mississippi Sound through large arched windows that were original to the buildings architecture.
A huge meeting room is on the north side of the building and it boasts a painted brick wall that was preserved from the original textile millworks that used to be in the building. “What a great place this would be to work! The wood floors, moldings and old-style huge arched windows just make you feel at ease and at home,” said co-owner Rob Stinson.
The parking is ample in the downtown area and the neighboring businesses are beginning to take on restorations that only make moving into this area a more likable choice. With Lookout Steakhouse just downstairs from the offices, it’s easy to picture yourself eating a leisurely lunch and having a meeting without having to cut the time short to drive back to work. You could do business in such comfort and ease that you’d never have to go out in the rain the entire day!
The ribbon cutting for the building was only a few weeks ago but the interest in the buildings spaces is already taking off. Sawyer Commercial Agent, Marvin Koury, CPM, is ready to rent these fabulous offices for competitive prices. The hard wood floors and transoms over the doors make this a cheerful place. The kitchen and break room area are roomy also and there is even a large space that can accommodate an entire office firm with cubicles.
You can set up a tour of the new facilities by calling or emailing Marvin Koury at 228-861-7500 or marvin@sawyercommercials.com.
